As a small business, I handle numerous operating costs, including self-employment tax (15.3% FICA), New York state, local city, federal income tax, retirement fund, sick days/time off , holiday gratuities for 32 guys who staff the building, bookeeping,

software, warehousing, advertising,

biz & health insurance, beauty & cleaning supplies, scissor & clipper sharpening, guest beverages, business phone, on-location travel expenses, website, electricity, towel cleaning, and other essential expenses
